In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or engage in Real Money Gaming on 2026 PH. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 2026 PH Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. 2.4 Identity Verification. 2026 PH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
2.5 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.6 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of 2026 PH or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 2026 PH immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. 2026 PH will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account is accurate and up to date. 2026 PH reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at the discretion of 2026 PH. Players will be notified prior to any such action being taken.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2026 PH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time and will be displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with these Terms. 2026 PH reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). 2026 PH is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud or theft, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.6 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.1 General. 2026 PH may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotion — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, or the use of automated software — will result in the immediate suspension of the Account and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 2026 PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform.
5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 2026 PH Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 2026 PH reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. 2026 PH's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Disconnection. 2026 PH is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the Player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before engaging in Real Money Gaming.

10.1 Platform Availability. 2026 PH does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 2026 PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 2026 PH to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2026 PH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
11.1 Data Collection. 2026 PH collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Protection Laws. 2026 PH complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable data protection regulations.
11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you may receive promotional communications from 2026 PH. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.
12.1 Right to Amend. 2026 PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.
12.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms is always available on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 2026 PH customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.2 Termination by 2026 PH. 2026 PH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or verification.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, 2026 PH reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in your Account, including both real-money and Bonus Funds. This right is without prejudice to any other remedies available to 2026 PH under Philippine law.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 2026 PH Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally and promptly.
14.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
14.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe that 2026 PH has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
